you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
We exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the
conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care

We will not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms
and conditions, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any loss
of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
We will not be held responsible for any loss suffered by the use of any products purchased by
customers containing ingredients prohibited by a sports governing authority or by a relevant anti-
doping agency. We encourage any customer participating in a sport to check any rules
and regulations regarding the use of any supplements before purchasing any product.
We will not be liable for any medical defects, ailments or illness suffered by the customer from the
use of any products. All customers purchase products with full knowledge of their ability to
consume them. If there is any doubt of a customer’s ability to use any products, we encourage the
customer to seek professional medical advice.
We will not be liable for any claims made by any product.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these
terms and conditions or in connection with our website.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these
conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This
condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the
delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they
are despatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these
laws apply to you, some or all the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have
additional rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made
by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Returns and Refunds
We appreciate that in times it may be difficult to purchase a product over the Internet, especially
when you can only see a picture and description of a product. Should you wish to return purchased
 
 
goods back to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange them provided they are totally unused and
in a fully resalable condition within 28 days of purchase.
However if the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged,
we reserve the right to refuse the refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling
price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any costs to for re-delivery of the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.
If the goods have been removed from their original packaging and/or assembled, your right to
cancel may be forfeited.
Any free gifts received with your order must be returned, if an order is cancelled.
Should you wish to cancel or return any purchased products you will be required to contact Think
Supplement Fitness Customer Service team in order to obtain an official 'Return Materials
Authorisation (RMA)'. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of RMA. You must
insure that you have communicated and obtained an official RMA from our customer services team
via email before returning an item, and that your returned parcel must include the RMA within the
package.
Please check the dimensions and the suitability of the requested delivery location for access
(including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) before ordering large pieces of equipment to ensure
the successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs.
Where large products (over 40Kg in weight) are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make
a charge of up to £80 to cover the collection costs and handling fee occurred as the result.
Changes to your Order
You have a right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched.
In respect of non-perishable items, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt of
your goods in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We ask that items are
returned to us with their original packaging and with any tags intact. You must also contact our
customer support team to notify us prior to returning the items.
In the case of items which include a hygiene or security seal, we ask that you exercise reasonable
care by not removing the seals while examining the goods, unless you are certain that you intend to
keep the goods. In the event that any seals or tags are removed or tampered with, we shall not
permit that item to be returned nor shall we refund the cost of this item to you.
We will arrange with you for cancelled non-perishable goods to be returned to us, and we will credit
your payment card with the price of such goods within 14 days from the date you returned the
goods to us (provided payment has already been debited to your payment card).
The cost of postage, packaging and the insurance relating to the return of unwanted goods back to
our warehouse are fully the responsibility of the customer; furthermore the postage cost of the
original consignment of the goods will be deducted from any refunds.
Offers and Promotions
 
 
From time to time, and in our complete discretion, purchases of goods may be subject to special
offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of such special offer
shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between the terms of a special
offer and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless specifically
excluded.
We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without
prior notice.
We will honour at the offer price any order placed by you before an offer ends, or is amended,
withdrawn with the exception of allocated stock shortage for the specific offer.
We reserve the right to offer in our complete discretion different customers different special offers
and promotions.
Complaints Procedure
We aim to deal with all complaints effectively. For a speedy response complaint may be submitted
via our online utility, or alternatively mailed to the registered head-office.
We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 5 working days, and to
conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily
be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided
upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
Cancellation of Orders and Suspension of your Member Account
We reserve the right to cancel your delivery at any time if we suspect fraud, have reason to believe
you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions relating to your
order, or if there is an outstanding payment for any order or service. For example,
if you are in breach of our terms and conditions relating to discount offers and vouchers, we may
cancel your order. In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive email notification and
will be invited to contact our call customer support team.
In addition to our right to cancel your order, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Your
account will remain suspended until you contact our customer support team and remedy any
breaches which are capable of remedy, or provide any information reasonably requested by our call
centre advisers to enable them to reactivate your account.
In the rare event that unforeseen operational or technical issues occur, we may need to cancel or
rearrange delivery. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative
delivery.
Valued Added Tax
All prices on thinksupplements.co.uk are quoted inclusive of relevant UK VAT to provide a
transparent and honest pricing structure.
Methods of Payment
 
 
Orders can be paid for using VISA, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Electron, American
Express cards and Bank Transfer. Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer
between the time of your order being placed and when it is delivered. This is done by 'reserving'
against the card you have used for payment. The amount that is ‘reserved’ will either be the
estimated amount of your order. That amount is not spent by you until we 'debit' your card with the
full price of your order, and the latter happens after we have delivered your shopping to you.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably
believe that payment will be refused at any stage.
Out-of-stock Items
If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we will contact you via your e-mail address or via
phone within 3 working days from receiving your order.
Warranties
All products on Think Supplements website are designed for Home use and carry a Home use
warranty only, unless stated otherwise. Equipment purchased from our website and used in a non
domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment description
states it is suitable for commercial use.
Fitness equipment sold by Think Supplements are covered by a minimum one year parts and labour
cover. In many cases the warranty is greater than this.
The warranty on equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full
on site repair facility or a ‘back to base’ warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the
manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit.
No goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior authorisation from Think Supplements.
Think Supplements will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model and
deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Website Availability
We do not guarantee that our site or its' content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that
we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as
repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or
discontinue the availability of any content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.
Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible; this is usually 1-3 days within UK
Mainland and 2-5 days for deliveries to EU.
Delivery time frame (and the cost if any) specific to your order is quoted within the order
confirmation page once you submit your delivery location. This is due to the fact that we can only
calculate the estimated delivery to you once we know your delivery location.
We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
 
 

Couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier
to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order.
For heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there
to collect the goods as arranged.
Standard delivery is between 9am and 6.30pm. Saturday deliveries may be available on certain

If access for delivery is restricted please ensure that you inform us prior to delivery. Failure to do so
may result in an additional shipping charge. Examples include gravel pathway, 2nd floor without a
lift.
Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result
in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as
soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability
to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Signing for Goods
Upon delivery of goods please check them carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to
say that you have received them in good condition. It is not always possible to determine if the
internal contents have been damaged and we strongly advise you to cross out the word ‘Received in
good condition’ and write ‘Damaged’ before you sign, or to write ‘Damaged’ above your signature.
This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.
Unfortunately our carriers accept no other wording and it is extremely difficult for us to claim that
your goods were damaged in transit if you have previously signed to declare that you received your
order in good condition.
If you receive a parcel, which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, you must
REFUSE the delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately stating the reason for
refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately this
happens very rarely.
